Can you work from a scanned image?

Yes, in fact this is by far the best way to restore your images. By using a scanned image there is no danger of your precious photograph becoming lost or (more) damaged by sending it through the post!  However, if you do not have access to a scanner you can mail your images to us and we can scan your photos for you.

We would advise you to always use a rigid envelope – the type with a cardboard back – and  always send by Royal Mail Special Delivery so your items can be tracked, should they go astray!

What will do with my photographs after restoration/enhancement?

We never delete our photo restorations/enhancements so will always have the digital files available for you, should you need them at some point in the future. When you submit your image to us you are also giving us permission to use the image on our website as an example of our work; if you do not want us to do this you must state it clearly in your instructions to us. We will NEVER publish any personal information with our images.

How long will the whole process take?

Generally one or two days depending on the amount/restoration needed. We provide you with updates via E-mail, so you can see how your photo restoration is coming along. We will always endeavour to get your restored images to you as quickly as possible. But we will not compromise quality for speed. Furthermore, once we have agreed the level of service required the price will NOT increase; whether we need 1 day or 7 days to complete the work. We would rather take our time and provide you with the best service possible, than provide you with a poor quality restoration or image.
